From 26 to 30 April 2021, ICAR 2021 conference was held online. In this occasion, a both dedicated to MOLOKO project was set up with the aim of showing the project and its main results obtained to the public. At the event, a special video poster session was held: Stefania Leonardi from Milkline and Paolo Bulgarelli from Parmalat developed a video that provided information about the project and explained the main MOLOKO sensor benifits brought to farmers and milk industries.
