We are proud to inform you that MOLOKO project has been taken as an example of best practice for companies to reduce waste, becoming more sustainable. Paolo Neri, Warrant Garden Project Coordinator, talked about the project in the video of 𝘙𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘦, the third R of the model Warrant Hub use to tell people about life cycle thinking, the approach that takes into account the environmental impact of production and consumption of a product / service during the entire life cycle. When applied to product design and manufacturing processes, this approach provides significant support for creating and implementing effective sustainability strategies: MOLOKO is a virtous example because, thanks to its sensor, milk factories will have the opportunity to reduce the quantity of wasted milk.

the path of sustainability is no longer an ethical alternative to growth but a path that must necessarily be followed to ensure a fair and inclusive transition towards a society with zero environmental impact.
