At the laboratories of PARMALAT headquarters, quantitative measurements of quality and safety parameters were carried out directly on the milk samples from the stables from which the company is supplied.

This is the first step to integrate a new technological platform, such as the MOLOKO sensor, within the value chain of milk production and processing.
